Mounika is a trusted business advisor with varied experience over 22 years in Transfer Pricing, International Tax, Intercompany Accounting and Audit. She leads the US tax practice, roping in experts from other tax (federal, state, sales, customs, international and individual tax) and non-tax areas to offer holistic solutions to cross-border business issues.

Mounika has been a Finance Controller with Goldman Sachs, led the Global Transfer Pricing and Tax Strategy function at a NASDAQ listed company, and has been with the International Tax and Transfer Pricing practices of few of the Big 4/Big 7 CPA firms in India and the US. Until recently, she led the strategic transfer pricing practice at a Big 5 CPA firm, in the Technology, Telecommunication and Lifesciences industries.

As a cross-border tax professional with experience on both sides of the table, Mounika adopts a holistic approach in ensuring businesses use tax as a strategic tool in helping them achieve their objectives. She has developed a niche in helping businesses utilize international tax and transfer pricing to help them better achieve their strategic objectives, better utilize system cash and achieve a competitive and sustainable tax rate. Mounika has previously been a speaker at national and international forums such as TP Minds Americas. She has also been a guest speaker at the Gies College of Business, University of Illinois, Urbana Champaign.
